Read all instruction properly. Each project group should fill only one form.
Before filling the form please arrange your file in proper order. how to arrange!
Report should contain with authority signature.
Uploaded file must be in pdf format and size should not exceed 3MB.
Project report must be clear to visible.
Provide current email id for further communication.
After filling the form scrutiny process will start in Library. If found any problem will be intimated through email.
After verification system generated confirmation will be sent to your email.
A group also need to submit a hard copy of the report in library.
